The Sweet Escape
One day in Pamekasan, there lived a jobless mother with her two
children. The mother was worried the social worker would take her children. One
day in the afternoon, when she went home from buying some foods, she was
shocked because there was social worker in front of her house. She ran into her
house. There was nexty door beside them
who was just silent and didn’t know what happened.
The mother talked to
the social worker in the hope they would not bring her children. But, the
social worker didn’t listen to what she said. The mother was angry and said “
Get away from my house! Get away! “. The social worker still didn’t listen to
her. In that time, the children were having lunch and social worker asked them
to join them. Because they were still young and didn’t know what happened, they
just joined the social worker.
When the children were
out from the house, the mother cried. After that the social worker brought the
children to the children’s aid. So, the mother was worried about her children.
She wanted to take her children back, so
she was in disguise and took her children from children’s aid. They wanted to
go to other country because the mother was worried social worker would take her
children again.
In the night they had
a dinner in a restaurant but, they didn’t pay it and escaped after dinner. Firstly,
they slept in their car. Then on the next day, they played bubble together. And
on the second day they slept in a motel, Because staying in motel was cheaper
than hotel. On the next day, they continued their escape. But, in Teja street their
car was broken, so they asked for a ride a truck to the south in a hope they
could begin a new life and nobody could separate them again.
